DETAILS:
1. During repair, the injectors are cleaned externally + internally (internal parts + body) in the ultrasonic bath
2. We install new WZM nozzle for injectors (Made in Poland). (adjusted on request also with tuning nozzles 0,216mm for the same price possible).
3.Injectors are checked for function (tightness / snoring / spray pattern) and adjust opening pressure 1st stage + 2nd stage. (Setting done 195/305 bar or 225/310 bar for pump 11mm - 0.216mm, 0.230mm, 0.260mm, 0.290mm, 0.310mm)
4. Injectors are delivered ready to install with new copper gaskets !!!
